......we are always surprised with the arrival of Spring and Easter but I didn't expect a delivery like this one...
...kidding kidding, but all jokes aside...they had so much fun with this silly box...it's the little things, right?...
...Easter weekend began with mom taking these two on an adventure to Frontenac...my fav mall and kids stores but so not kid friendly...but we made our way to Bread Co and had a blast together...
...Friday's now are for me and these two...momma/baby time for one more year before Ava starts kindergarten and then it's just Momma and Paxton...
...but for now, we enjoy the heck out of Friday's...we linger a little longer over breakfast...we drop Chase at school together and the kids yell 'bye Chase' until we are almost home...and then we bite off an adventure...skyzone...the mall.. .Forest Park...etc. I try not to make Fridays only for errands and house stuff...although we do that too...but I firmly believe my Friday's are what gives me such balance in my life...the ability to play stay at home mom for a day and catch up with my neighbor moms over the kindergarten pick up...and the chance to snuggle with my littles during nap time if that's what they (Momma) need...and the chance to catch up on work that slipped by all week...yes, we all love Friday's in this house....
...but Saturday's aren't too bad either and we are itching for Spring and summer to really arrive...
...one of the coolest things is hearing my hubby and kids say 'this is the greatest park'...and knowing that at the very same age of six that this exact park with my fav too...such fun to share with my family...
...also such fun to capture some special moments that are so much more plentiful on weekends...
...and then the holiday began...with breakfast and Easter cards filled with cash for our piggie banks...then off to hunt eggs and get to church...
...and celebrate the Lord with a wonderful meal with family...
