March in St. Louis should be about 50 degrees and dreary with no end of winter in sight...but not this year...we have been so lucky to have a very warm winter and with the new house, all of our toys are organized and easy to pull out of the garage whenever these great days happen...even after a long work day...
...and my little jokster is loving making Ava laugh...when he isn't telling her what is his, of course... 
...these pig tails kill me...I can't believe we captured two smiles at the same time...I had to do a pretty silly dance for this one...
...Kirk and I had been wanting a basketball net ever since we saw the back pad on the new house...it just happened that it was going up on the first weekend of March Madness...so the house was feeling a definite basketball theme...Chase was so excited, he had to watch until the whole thing was assembled and installed...
...and while my little basketball fan was watching the progress on the hoop...my little eater was sitting in her favorite spot. She gets mad at the end of EVERY food jar and the end of EVERY bottle, even though I am giving her more and more every day...and she is topping the growth charts right now at 96% in height and 89% in weight...
...and with the basketball tournament was the Missouri game and our fellow Mizzou fans coming to enjoy the game, some outside playtime and some pizza...
...and we were commenting on how 5 years ago, this same group would be 5 people less and surely wouldn't have involved sitting at home during a Mizzou game...
...but now we are sharing our fun with them...and there are a couple of them that will talk about the fun for a while...
...because although the game and the pizza were not so good this night, the company was awesome...
...and this is what it looks like trying to get 5 little people, ages 3 and under together for a group shot...especially with an amateur photographer...
...and this is how it ends...there are 5 of them in the picture and that was the best we could do...
...and a new trophy gets added to the shelf...and a fun time at the YMCA learning about basketball...luckily, we will have Coach Mike for soccer which is starting outdoors in 2 weeks...
... we were pretty low key for St. Patrick's Day since we had basketball and decided to enjoy the rest of the day staying home and watching a few basketball games. We had plans for Gramma to come over and spend the night since Papa was off to an antique show...so Saturday night looked like this...
...a great meal thanks to Gramma's cooking...and a fun time being together and waking up with Gramma...in fact, I was told by Chase as I walked in his room 'don't get me Mommy, I want Gramma!'

Ava is a doll baby....the hair, the chunks, the eating, the smile! I can not wait to play with her.....good thing Chase got a small taste of sleep overs.....next month is around the corner!!!
