...too fun not to blog about...even though it was three months ago...
Chase's sixth birthday started with a really fun plan. The Dolphins were playing five hours away so Daddy began planning months ahead to get us great seats, a place to stay and a tailgating plan for Ava's first Phins game and Chase's first this season...so we packed up for a fun overnight....
...Paxton stayed with Grammie and Papa because this was more of a big kids weekend....
...and traveling without diapers, pack and plays and sippy cups is a nice freeing glimpse into our not so distant future....
...nothing I love more in the world than sharing new experiences with this crew....
...I can't pinpoint it exactly but this was one of my favorite trips ever....and it was just an overnight...memories to last a lifetime...
...and I would say they agree....
...the game ended with a big win...which was one of the few this season...and it topped off a day that was bright sunny and 70 degrees with a real bang...the five hour drive home was a celebration...of a victory, of a successful weekend trip but mostly a celebration of the fun this family has when we get away together and make memories...the kind to last a lifetime...
