Door County - Green Bay

…Green Bay…

…you are not easy to get to but a stop that made our door county visits complete…and oh, did you have so very much to see and do….

…starting with a family visit with a cousin and his family that happen to be Green Bay residents…and youth hockey fans…so it was great to catch up…

…then we got a chance to see the biggest part of GB in their beloved Packers stadium…what a community that can have such a great home for an NFL team that’s publicly owned in such a small market…was really cool to experience…

…we laughed saying that we should rename this stop…fish bay…because after a helpful employee at the loca bait shop, every cast was a hit…

…different species and all sizes…right next to the boat…

…and day two took us to the largest US air convention in OshKosh…and we were able to see an air show, meet a Denmark colleague of Dad’s, meet a real life acrobatic Red Bull pilot the minute he got out of his plane from the show and fly in simulators…

…and with that, the sunset on a great two night stop…off to Sheboygan…
