Bambi and Coley Pop visit...
I am struggling to keep up with documenting lately, not for lack of trying, just logistically haven't had all the required photos...but they are starting to pour in...starting with the visit from Bambi and Coley Pop...
There were a few pictures taken when Kirk and I were out of town but this is the story from inside the house...where the party was happening...and it sounds like it was a real party...
One of the coolest things about Kirk's family is their ability to arrive from somewhere far away...and regardless of the time that has passed between visits...it is less than a minute before we are back in conversation and catching up like no time has passed...and that is great for adults but when my children can also adapt and jump right into a situation...you know that it is unique...and that paints the picture of Bambi and Coley Pop's arrival to St. Louis...
...and we shared a few last moments...
...add some treats and we were off...
...and then the real fun began...
...and potentially a growth spurt too...my finicky toddler started eating again...and I must admit Bambi's cooking is just the thing to cause the switch...
...and Coley Pops Daughter and her husband made the trip from Indiana to join in on the fun...
...and Chase retold us of the adventures with Michelle...
...and this one is going to be 'chomping' soon although I am not sure that will be encouraged...
...and although it probably didn't feel like it to them, we were home as quick as we left..and celebrated one last evening together...
...Thank you Bambi and Coley Pop for being so adventurous to take on the kiddos in a different house, different city and still host a get together too...you always know just what to do to take care of us all...We Love You...
Aw, that was such a fun visit! Wish we could've seen you and Kirk while we were there. Love the pictures:)
