...Happy Halloween and beyond...

...We've been celebrating the holiday for weeks now, so when it came time for the real day, the kids were up at 6:30am asking if they could start trick or treating...just a bit early...
...we'd carved earlier in the week, one Chase's choice...one Ava's choice...and Papa's Bones....
....I found myself back at the Dr's office with this trio for Chase's 5 year old check up...and who knew at age 5 they get 4 shots...plus a flu mist...whew....I decided to add to the fun and get flu shots for the other two while we were there...kill two birds, ya know?...

...Chase was super brave and they all did remarkably well...
...although we had sore arms for a few days...

...and the time had finally come to go see our new boat...we'd been anxiously waiting its arrival for weeks...and the transport from Florida pulled in on Saturday morning so we went up to watch it splash...
...and you've heard of sleeping like a baby...he was the first to snooze aboard...although all of our kiddos have loved a good rest on a boat...
...but I mentioned the cold snap?!...well, it was a frigid one...so even short walks required enough clothes to make Paxy rival 'Ralphie' in the Christmas story...that name keeps popping up...

...and this one loved her new best and hat...v still sound like b's in her world...
...and while they were onary, when Daddy said it was time for bed, they snuggled up and didn't move...something about bedtime on the boat...
...this was my breakfast buddy...I can always find a reason to take a pic of him...
...and Dolphins Day on the boat meant watching on Daddy's phone...fortunately with a score of 37-0 good guys...nobody felt like they were missing too much...
...in fact...the party was right here...
...we even took some time to explore Grafton now that we've got a car over there...the leaves are beautiful right now...

...and all that cold requires something warm....something like...pizza...and Grafton Pizza is my favorite...

...we've officially arrived in Grafton, and it is a two thumbs up situation...

...counting our blessings daily...
