...sports, sports and sports...
...so we love sports in our family but it is funny...we have lots of friends that do more...and we certainly enjoy other things...like reading, boating, cooking, etc...but our oldest has a passion for his sports...especially fall sports...
...and hockey is in full swing and we've been making it a family affair on Saturday mornings...
...he looks so legit with those teeth missing...
...and speaking of family affairs...the Pirates baseball team ended the season with a tournament...and these boys have really turned it on this year...the fielding is better...the pitching machine is set at 38 mph...and the games are getting much more intense...
...so when we won the first two games of the tourney...it had us starting to think this might be our time...and low and behold...after playing four games in a weekend...we came out with a 2nd place finish in the tourney...
...our first earned trophy and a special ceremony at the end...
...complete with extra time afterwards for anyone to come on the field...like moms, dads, little sisters and little bro's..
...this little guy has been dying to be a part of the baseball team...
...and this girl loves her time with 'tywer' and the rest of the Pirates and their siblings...
...and at the end of a long weekend...nothing better than siting down to relax with these two...
...because they are part of the super fan club...and this family routes for each other in all their endeavors....
